      Reset your password

      Forgot your password? Want to change your password? Please follow these steps.

      1. Open the app and click “Log In”
      2. Click on “Forgot Password”
      3. Enter the email address used to create your account and then confirm your email address by re-entering.
      4. Check your email inbox for an email from Unio to reset your password
      5. Follow the prompts in the email to complete the password reset
      6. After you have successfully reset your password, go back to the app and log in with your email address and new password.
